108 v2 Upgraded

The present 108 system has a lot of manual work which includes, getting thelocation of the customer and finding an ambulance near to the rescue. A little talks with the 108 system reveled that they are looking for a upgraded version for the maual process that could be useful in tracking the location of the ambulance. So we added up a little more spice and creating up an small idea that could be useful for them.
